As a man with sensitive skin, this product is amazing, thoroughly recommend it!
I've made the right choice purchasing this. I am definitely coming back when its finished.
Has a incense-y kind of smell. I imagine it's what I'd smell if I walked into an antique shop. It's not good but it's not bad either. It wears off overtime and pretty sure perfume/cologne can mask it. Emulsification is not the best as it does get sticky when I rub it in my hands for too long. My thick curly hair is on the drier side so if my hair is freshly washed, applying it without oil before hand is a tug of war. However, the hold, wow it's brilliant. I don't even have to use hair spray and my curls still look good. It doesn't make my hair look oily or gross which is great. Requires Shampoo to wash out as water doesn't do anything. Overall, it's my go to now after finishing Blumaan's Hybrid Cream Clay. Thank you Alvin once again.
Opening it up I was hit with a really strong cologne smell that is really unpleasant. I personally do not fancy strong masculine smells like this, so it really turned me off. I watched reviews of people saying it smelled good, I guess I was mistaken. It smells like cheap cologne that was applied waaaay too much. Anyways, I had cold hands while trying to emulsify it and it turned to lilttle rubber dust sized bits? I assume they can only be emulsified with warm hands. Hold was pretty decent on 5 inch curly asian hair. It was extremely easy to wash out too, which is great. I don't use it much though, because of it's terrible scent. Perhaps someone else would enjoy it. Good customer service. Thank you Alvin for bringing products in so it's easier for us to purchase them.
It does its job. Is it miraculous? No, but it's good enough. Hair is slightly softer after application. It does aid in applying product as my hair is on the drier side and hair products do tug on my hair. Smells like earl grey tea. I personally cannot stand bergamot oil, which is contained in it and make up most of the smell. I don't enjoy it but it does wear off overtime, thankfully. Oh, and the customer service is very nice :)
