Truefitts' initial citrus perfumes were created in the 1870s and rapidly became a favorite of Queen Victoria, as well as her court's gentlemen and ladies. Truefitts' perfumers created the Imperial Bouquet for Queen Victoria in 1876 to commemorate her coronation as Empress of India.
A lively top note of Citrus, Lemon, Lime, and Bergamot is blended with a heart of Petit Grain, Neroli, Citronella, and base notes of Orange-flower and Clove to create a pleasant, effervescent, and zesty fragrance.
