SGPomades takes pride in only sending out items that pass our quality checks to ensure that every customer is pleased with their purchases. Rest assured that we do not want you to receive anything less than satisfactory.
However, if you feel that what you ordered is faulty or incorrectly sent, please email us immediately at support@SGPomades.com, providing your Order No., details of the fault and a photograph of the fault. We will replace your order if we have confirmed that the item is incorrectly sent faulty. This is on condition that you did not tamper with the contents or used any part of the contents. Such behavior of returning used or tampered products would translate to intentional acceptance of the product except in the case that the product is obviously defective e.g. smells different from what it should be.
As soon as your returned item# reaches our office, we will send you an email notification. Exchange of faulty items must be done within 7 days of receiving them. Do take note that there will be will be no exchange requests entertained except for incorrect order sent and that the returned items are your responsibility until they reach our office. Only a one-to-one exchange is allowed and there are strictly no cash refunds.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, is possible if we have not shipped out your order. Do email us at operations@sgpomades.com for any cancellation or changes.
However do note that the refund amount will be less the payment gateway processing fees which are due to non refund policy for Visa/Master/American Express & Paypal companies. e.g. for Visa/Master Singapore orders processing fee is 3.2% + S$0.50, Rest of world 4.2% + S$0.50
