POSITION CURRENTLY OPEN.

We are recruiting 1x Omni-Channel Warehouse Operations Executive (Order Processing) at our headquarters at 4008 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 #02-19 Singapore 569625.

Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays: 9am to 6pm
Expected Salary: SGD 2,300 - 2,500 monthly.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

You will work alongside the Marketing and Operations/Warehouse Team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operational aspects of e-commerce platforms and WMS system including inventory & logistics management, order fulfilment and customer service. Process daily e-commerce outbound documentations from Shopee/Lazada/Shopify; such as pick and pack list, courier waybills. Reconcile inventory as needed across various online marketplaces through eWMS system
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers Respond to customer enquiries (email and/or phone calls) in a timely manner, including order tracking, lost deliveries, shipping enquiries etc
- Stock replenishment planning to restocking Vending Machines and Retail Store with simplified formula

What You Will Learn:
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Macros)
- eWMS system for inventory management that links to all ecommerce websites and marketplaces, automation for stock inventory updates for inbound and outbound
- Interpersonal skills communication with warehouse team and marketing team
- Basic Supply Chain Management skills

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Communications or equivalent
- Familiar and willing to learn E-commerce marketplace operation and multichannel ecommerce management software

Work Schedule: 44 Hours a week + OT
Expected Salary: SGD 1,800 - 2,000 monthly + 2-4% sales commissions; depending on experience, performance and working hours committed.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
- Working with cash registers and processing payments
- Setting and attaining sales goals
- Giving customers advice about sales and promotions

- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

You will be working alongside 2 other E-Commerce Warehouse Operations Associates.

Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays: 9am to 6pm
Expected Salary: SGD 1,800 - 2,000 monthly depending on experience.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Orders fulfillment - Pick and pack daily online orders and adhoc wholesale orders.
- Goods receiving - unpack boxes, inspect & count goods, shelve stocks.
- General housekeeping - keep warehouse space clean, safe and organised.
- Operate computerized inventory system (eWMS system) & handheld PDA/barcode scanner to achieve high accuracy.

Requirements:
- NITEC, Professional Certificate qualification or above
- Physically Fit, no prior health issues - Can move, lift and carry up to 15kg.
- Can accurately pick and pack high value items and wholesale orders.
- Can speak and write English.
- Organised and pays close attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow SOP.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skill is a plus.
- Past e-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Familiar with eWMS or ERP system is a plus.

Expected Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,500 monthly depending on sales performance

Having dominated the Singapore online retail scene as the largest Mens Grooming online retailer in terms of product offerings and sales revenue, our company has distributorships with many of the brands that are exclusive to us. You will be in charge of formulating strategies to look for and approach quality leads that are complimentary to our business

Main Responsibilities
- Generating quality leads from various channels to develop, expand and maintain client base through cold calls/emails/setting up booth at trade shows
- Follow up on sales enquiries and prepare quotation, as well as maintain good relationship with existing customer base
- Prepare proposal and manage clients’ negotiation to close the sales contracts
- Target market by developing, implementing, and executing sales action plans and strategies
- Meeting or exceeding the sales target set by Directors
- Liaising with buyer team and warehouse colleagues to ensure forecast accuracy, stock availability and timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients
- Work closely with marketing on new product development based on industry demand
Process purchase and sales orders
- Prepare sales reports and presentation
- Always keeping up with product knowledge and related skill-sets, as well as market situation and trends
- Update and report on the sales visits, proposals daily as well as monthly sales reports for submission to the Sales Director

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Gift & Premiums sector
- Proven track record of successful gift orders and consistently achieving sales targets
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive working attitude, customer-oriented, a can-do spirit and self-motivated to deliver results
