General FAQ

Nope! Membership is free for everyone, as long as you have signed up for an account with us. However, to progress to the Black or Gold tier, you will need to meet a minimum spending requirement.

White Tier

Free membership with no minimum spend

Black Tier

To qualify for Black Tier, spend an accumulative amount of $500

Note: Accumulative purchases will not qualify for instant membership cashback (applies to online and in-store)

E.g., Customer with White Tier membership (2% cashback) made a first transaction of $200 and $300 on the second. They will be upgraded to Black Tier, BUT WILL NOT receive instant cashback of the upgraded tier. They will start earning Black Tier’s cashback of 3% from the third transaction onwards.

Gold Tier

To qualify for Gold Tier from White Tier, spend an accumulative amount of $1,000
To qualify for Gold Tier from Black Tier, spend an accumulative amount of $500

Note: Accumulative purchases will not qualify for instant membership cashback (applies to online and in-store)

Do I get cashback at your retail store as well?

Will my membership expire?

White Tier: No Expiry
Black & Gold Tiers: Expire after 365 days if minimum spend is not attained. Once expired, the membership would default to the previous tier.

To maintain Black membership, you will have to spend $500 within 365 days from the date of joining the Black Tier.
To maintain Gold membership, you will have to spend $1,000 within 365 days from the date of joining the Gold Tier.

Please note that all Cashback Values have an expiration of 365 days from the date of your last transaction earned.

How do I check my cashback/reward?

You may check your cashback value by clicking on the My Rewards widget on the bottom right corner on our website and signing in.

Alternatively, you may sign in via https://advocado.app/ to view your cashback value and vouchers.

When will I receive my birthday voucher and how do I redeem it?

Birthday Voucher is applicable only if you have completed all the details: First name, last name, email, mobile number, date of birth in your profile on the membership portal: https://advo.io/RQd4df

T&Cs on Birthday Voucher:

For new members: Your first Birthday Voucher will be instantly loaded into your account if your birthday falls in the same month as your membership registration. Otherwise, you will receive the Birthday Voucher on the first day of your birthday month.

E.g., Birthday falls on 7 April 2023 and membership signed up on 16 March 2023. You will receive the Birthday Voucher on 1 April 2023.
E.g., Birthday falls on 7 April 2023 and membership signed up on 8 April 2023. You will receive the Birthday Voucher instantly on 8 April 2023.
E.g., Birthday falls on 7 April 2023 and membership signed up on 5 May 2023. You will only receive your Birthday Voucher on 1 April 2024.

For existing members:

Birthday Voucher will be automatically reflected in your account on the first day of your birthday month.

Does my birthday voucher expire?

Birthday Voucher will expire 31 days from date of issue.

Does my welcome voucher expire?

Welcome Voucher is valid for 30 days from issuance date. Strictly no further extension will be given to expired voucher.

How do I join the Loyalty Program?

Register an account with us here. Next, tap on the “My Rewards” widget and sign up an account with Advocado with your phone number.

When purchases are made, the cashback will be automatically reflected in your account. Please complete your registration to enjoy all the benefits of the membership program.

FAQs for Existing Members

How does the new loyalty program work?

The new membership program now works on a cashback system instead of our old points system. This means you can always redeem your cashback on your next purchase! Membership is now free for all. There are 3 membership tiers - White, Black, and Gold. Once you become a member, you will immediately be granted a White membership. Here’s the catch. In order to progress to the next tiers, you will have to spend $500 within 365 days to join the Black tier, and $1,000 to join the Gold tier. Cashback percentage discounts and vouchers are given accordingly to the membership tiers.

If you wish to maintain your membership for Black & Gold tiers, within the next 365 days from your last transaction, you will have to attain a minimum spending.

To maintain Black membership, you will have to spend $500 within 365 days from the date of joining the Black tier.
To maintain Gold membership, you will have to spend $1,000 within 365 days from the date of joining the Gold tier.
Please note that all Cashback Values have an expiration of 365 days from the date of your last transaction earned.

If I am an existing member, How am I affected?

If you have made transactions in the last 365 days from 29 August 2022, you can now enjoy your cashback! To check your membership tier and cashback percentage:

Simply click on the bottom left My Rewards widget on sgpomades.com
Select Get Started Now, you will be redirected to the Login page.
After logging in, tap on the widget once more. Enter your mobile number.
A verification code will be sent through SMS. Enter the code and you’re all set!
You can now view your cashback and vouchers on the widget. To use your cashback, you will receive a code to copy and paste when you check out.

Can I submit and earn cashback with my past dated receipt/invoice?

No, members can only submit their physical receipt/invoice on the same day of their purchase to earn cashback.

I linked the wrong email address to Advocado, what do I do?

On the "My Rewards" widget, tap the settings icon. Look for "Unlink Account" at the bottom. Then, tap "Unlink" again when prompted. Finally, you can link to the correct email address!
