Directions:
Recommended to use on dry hair for a more manageable feel and all-day restyling, can also be applied to wet or towel dry hair for a different setting once hair is dry. Place a small dab of brilliantine onto the palm of your hand, rub once vigorously, then smooth hands over hair from front to back. This can be repeated on the sides for an extra slick look. Also, you can add a few drops of water to your hands for a slicker look, and comb hair into desired style.
